ILARIA BAIARDO

I started my career as a Legal Consultant at Studio Legale Vignola – Pietra Ligure(SV) and I dealt with Family Law, succession and testaments; Credit recovery; Corporate law; Commercial negotiations, national and international contracts.

In 2014, I moved to Spain to join Dimcar Group in Barcelona. I was appointed company Legal Consultant and I was in charge of International Contracts drafting and negotiation; Legal, tax and corporate assistance and advice; Assistance of the Company in opening international companies and branches ; Preparation and drafting of legal opinions and judicial documents; Recovery of national and international credit.

From 2015  I worked at Studio Legale Sutti a Law Firm based in Milano, Italy  as Associate Advocate at the Department of Corporate Law and I dealt with Commercial Agreements, M&A procedures, Due Diligence; Commercial negotiations; Assistance and Preparation of international contracts; Management of Pre-litigation and litigation; Drafting of legal opinions; Management of judicial documents in particular for Banca IFIS and Banca Sistema (foreclosures, seizures); Recovery of national and international credit dedicated to Banca IFIS and dedicated to Banca Sistema before the Public Administration, as well as SMEs; Legal, tax and corporate advice and assistance; Family and national and international successions.

From 2017 I moved to the United Arab Emirates to specialize in International Tax and Corporate, Real Estate, Banking and Commercial Law. I collaborated with different international and emirati Law Firms.

And in 2023, I co-founded BaiardoNan&Partners a leading legal consultancy firm in the UAE, committed to provide tailor-made legal solutions to ensure client success, whether it’s establishing legal status, setting up a business, advising on corporate transactions, resolving disputes, concluding employment arrangements, or personal affairs.
